Publisher and contact
SMB Loan is published by Finofin LTD, an Israeli company based in Tel Aviv. It publishes business-finance information for Australian readers and does not hold an Australian ABN. Contact hello@smbloan.com.au for editorial, privacy or correction enquiries. See About SMB Loan and Alon Rajic’s author page.
Our role and referrals to Lend
SMB Loan is an information publisher. We are not a lender, credit broker or loan marketplace. We do not arrange credit or work directly with the lenders featured in our editorial coverage.
SMB Loan may receive a referral fee from Lend when visitors use our referral route. A “Compare options with Lend” button opens Lend’s enquiry service. Lend handles matching; the receiving lender decides whether to make an offer. Lend’s panel does not include every Australian lender, and an editorial review does not establish that the provider is on that panel.
Before submitting an enquiry, read Lend’s privacy policy and the consent, terms and credit-check information shown on its form. Ask Lend about its panel and any applicable charges. A referral does not guarantee approval, a particular rate or a particular lender.
General information and calculations
This site provides general information, not personal financial, credit, tax or legal advice. Its articles do not assess your objectives, financial position or needs. SMB Loan is not a government website and is not endorsed by the Australian Government.
Examples and calculators use stated assumptions and may exclude charges or tax effects. They are not quotes, credit assessments or promises of savings. Check the provider’s current documents and obtain advice appropriate to the decision before signing an agreement.
Published terms can change. A source-check date records a particular check; an editorial update is not a guarantee that every number has been freshly verified. Historical research relates to its stated sample and period. The review method explains what our assessments do and do not establish.
Privacy policy
The application form is operated by Lend. Information entered inside that form is governed by Lend’s privacy and consent terms. SMB Loan’s own measurement layer does not capture the applicant’s name, email address or answers typed into the Lend form.
The partner reference is a randomly generated identifier. It contains no name or contact details, but it lets Lend associate an enquiry with this site and allows referral attribution. It should not be treated as anonymous once it is linked to an application.
Meta Pixel sends page-view events to Meta for advertising measurement. Meta may process browser, device and page information and use cookies. See the Meta Privacy Policy. Google Tag Manager loads measurement tags; Google’s privacy policy describes its processing.
Cookies, identifiers and retention
This website uses analytics and advertising measurement tools. When a visitor arrives through an advertisement, SMB Loan may record the click identifier supplied in the URL, including GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID, together with campaign and keyword parameters that the advertising platform sends, the landing path, referral source, time of visit and a randomly generated partner reference. The partner reference is passed to Lend with the application so an enquiry can later be matched to its originating advertising click. The advertising click identifier is not placed in the Lend iframe by SMB Loan. A first party partner-reference and browser identifier can remain for up to 90 days. A separate session identifier is renewed during activity and normally expires after 30 minutes without a tracking request. Session records may include device class, browser and operating-system family, coarse screen and viewport ranges, language, time zone, page views, visible-page engagement, scroll range, application-link clicks, requested loan amount, application-page views and confirmation that the Lend iframe loaded. These signals describe a browser session and do not establish that a person submitted the Lend form or became a lead. SMB Loan does not collect the applicant’s name, email address or information entered inside Lend’s form through this tracking layer, and it does not store raw IP addresses or exact location in these records. Google’s relevant terms are available here.
The 90-day and 30-minute periods above describe browser identifiers and session behaviour. They do not establish that all server records or records held by Lend, Google or Meta are deleted at those times. Contact us for questions about records associated with a visit or referral, without sending bank statements or identity documents.
External websites and privacy requests
Provider websites have their own terms and privacy policies. Read them before supplying information. For information submitted to Lend, contact Lend directly using its privacy policy. For SMB Loan’s own records, email hello@smbloan.com.au and describe the request and approximate visit date.
Material changes to this page carry an editorial update date. The current wording clarifies the distinction between SMB Loan’s tracking and Lend’s application process.
